1. Acceptance of Services
By booking event coverage or content creation services with Melbourne With Kidz (MWK), clients agree to these terms. All projects begin with a formal brief and a signed agreement to ensure alignment on creative vision and deliverables.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the event commencement. Late payments may result in a delay of final asset delivery.
3. Content Delivery & Revisions
Event highlight Reels are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. MWK maintains creative control over editing styles. Clients are entitled to one round of minor revisions per Reel; major structural changes or additional rounds will incur a revision fee.
4. Usage Rights & Media Release
Clients are granted a worldwide, perpetual license to use the delivered content for their own brand social media and marketing. MWK retains the right to use all captured footage for promotional purposes, including portfolio display and social media highlights.
5. Cancellations & Liability
Rescheduling is subject to MWK’s availability and may incur a fee. MWK is not liable for technical failures beyond our control or for missing specific moments at events due to environmental factors. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.
Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering any social media giveaway hosted by Event & Social Content Services – By MWK. By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules.
- Eligibility: Giveaways are open to residents of Melbourne, Australia, aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified in the post.
- Entry Period: The start and end dates for each giveaway are clearly stated in the live Instagram or Facebook post.
- How to Enter: Requirements usually involve following our account, liking the post, and tagging friends. Specific instructions will be listed on each promotional post.
- Winner Selection: Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. MWK reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of equal or greater value.
- Notification: Winners will be notified via Direct Message from our official account only. We will never ask for credit card details.
